IDEA — An International Platform for Developing Practical Solutions for the Employment of People with Disabilities

As part of the IDEA project, we plan to create an international platform for developing practical solutions for the employment of people with disabilities.
The project will bring together business representatives, non-profit organizations, HR professionals, and social entrepreneurs. Under the guidance of experienced trainers and mentors, participants will go through an accelerator program, participate in a project lab, and create unique cases in the field of employment for people with disabilities.
The developed solutions will be presented to international experts at the final conference. The best practices will be included in a guide that can be used by anyone interested in further implementation. This collection will allow for the scaling and popularization of employment mechanisms for people with disabilities and create a platform for finding partners in other countries for collaborative projects.
